IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX is a food supplement. Strepsils is an over-the-counter medicine — the only OTC medicine in this method. Neither is a treatment for any disease.
At times, the way I describe this method may sound medical. That's a shortcut in my thinking, not a clinical claim. What I'm sharing is personal experience — not a prescription. Always consult a doctor if symptoms are severe or persistent.

My personal choice: Strepsils Sore Throat & Blocked Nose with levomenthol (Ireland, UK) — Menthe Glaciale (France) — or any locally available antiseptic lozenge or spray.
Not necessarily because the throat is sore. If a virus is entering — it's coming through the mouth and nose. Disinfect the entry point early, before it goes further.

05 — How it began
Finding the right dose
took decades.
I started with Rutinoscorbin — a well-known European medicine combining rutin (Rutoside trihydrate) and ascorbic acid. At standard doses it did very little during a real infection. Over time I worked out that only significantly higher doses made a real difference — but the number of tablets required was a barrier most people would simply never cross.
I also tried off-the-shelf capsule supplements: ascorbic acid 1000 mg and rutin 250 mg taken together — but buying them separately turned out to be simply too expensive.
Then I came across IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX — a powder with a measuring scoop that finally let me decide how much and when. That was it.
I won't say this is a cure. I can't say that. But I will say this: over decades of using this method, I haven't had a single flu that lasted more than a day — though this is only a supplement, not a medicine.
